[131] fragments -- folder

a DJ friend had the (probably old) idea of asking various people for "house" material at a certain tempo so that he could use it continuously in live sets. in this case the tempo was 131bpm; a nice number and one which is apparently in some kind of alpha-rhythm sweet spot. needless to say the project never went any further than the DJ's brain, and so here are some of the 131bpm fragments generated using a simple timefolding process...

remixing / demixing / live or dead manipulation encouraged. perfect for confusing dancefloors.
